Two lovable losers, Makoto and Eiji, spend their days drinking and fighting on the streets of Osaka. After going to school to extort money from the teachers, they apply for a job which turns out to be for trainee yakuza where they meet the hulking, boozing and whoring gangster madman Taijo, and generally make whoopee.
Along the way, they save a friend from being molested when she is conned into taking part in an S&M movie, coming to her rescue in an outrageous finale that mixes violence and humor.
