Our return policy is easy - within 14 days of getting your order, you may return original condition books, unopened CDs / DVDs, apparel, figures or accessories that are unopened and in original condition, for a full refund of the cost of the item. Opened items, blind box items, pre-paid pre-orders and all trading cards are subject to manager approval, and if accepted, have a 15% restocking fee.
Before sending your item back, contact us at orders@hammergirlanime.com with the reason for you return for a return authorization number. Once you get the number, write the number on your packing slip, enclose it with the merchandise, tape the box really well, and send it to:
