Hammergirl Anime Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
- Please purchase wall scrolls separate from other items, as they need to ship in tubes.
- However, small items like pins, keychains and cell phone straps may be able to ship with wall scrolls if they are small enough. You can contact us to see if an item will be able to ship with a wall scroll.
- If an item is too large to ship with a wall scroll, your item may be canceled if we cannot make other arrangements with you.
- If an item is out of stock you will be refunded for that item and the rest of the order will ship via the chosen shipping option. If this changes the shipping cost you will be refunded the difference in shipping. International orders may take up to 20 days to receive a shipping refund, however the out of stock items will be refunded right away.
- In-stock items ordered along side pre-order items will ship when the pre-order item is released.
- Online quantities of items offered in-store such as card games and singles may lag behind actual quantities.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of products.
What shipping methods are available?
- Domestic orders are available to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post and Media Mail. We also offer select UPS and FedEx options.
- International orders can be shipped USPS Priority Mail International or First Class International. The availability of each option is based on the weight and size of the package.
- Prices listed are based on the total weight and dimensions of your package.
- If you need other shipping options please contact us and we will try to meet your needs.
When will my order ship?
- Orders are packed and shipped Tuesday - Sunday. (We are closed on Mondays.)
- USPS orders are shipped Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday nights. Saturday orders are mailed Sunday night. Monday orders will be mailed Tuesday. In the case of a holiday orders will be shipped the following business day.
- In the case of an oversize package, it will be dropped off the following morning since there is no secure area for those packages overnight. This also applies to smaller packages if the drop-off area is full.
- UPS orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday mornings. The time the package drops off may be past early pick-up at the UPS location. Please take this into account when choosing UPS shipping options.
- Orders with a billing address that is different from the shipping address may have a delay for verification of the order.
- International and PayPal orders may have an extra 24-72 hours processing time. For international Paypal orders, if the address is unconfirmed it can take up to 14 business days to ship while funds are verified.

- Shipping methods used are USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Most packages will ship USPS Priority Mail.
- Please note that packages shipped USPS Parcel Post and Media Mail can take 7-14 business days to arrive.
- USPS Parcel Post and Media Mail to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico can take 30 days or more to arrive.
- $4.99 shipping is only available to orders purchased and shipped within the US & applicable territories - international customers should select from USPS Airmail options.
